Product Returns

Need to return your product for repair? It's easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Select and print the product return datasheet for your product
  2. Fill the datasheet out completely. If you need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, contact us directly at (801) 561 0303.
  3. Fax the form to us at: (801) 255 2312 or email to treborservice@idexcorp.com

Please note: We may request a Material Safety Data Sheet for the application chemical so please wait to ship your return until after hearing back from us.
